1. Check whether the mechanical safety switch in the cabinet carcass on the column is jammed or broken off.

Solution

If the cone tip of the safety switch cannot be made functional again by moving it, the mechanical safety switch must be replaced.
Please contact your kitchen showroom to order spare parts and refer to the assembly video.
